我国的 Internet 监管大概是很严厉的了， 从法轮功到黄赌毒都无不列入监管范围。
法国政府最近发布了 一个 博客怎样绕过政府监管 的一个小册子。 在网上搜索， 果然这个文档包括这个网站是不能访问的。
