Is teamwork another way for company exploit staff’s knowledge?

Why do we need teamwork?

Why the company promote teamwork?

Why the leader is not sharing his/her knowledge?

Why the team member’s shared knowledge is not payed back well?

So, teamwork in essential should be implement a good performance measurement method first, or it will fail sooner or later.

that is why the performance culture should be the basic spirit of a firm.
