组织矩阵的疑惑–技术在全球化中作用

IT doesn’t matter. 从战略上而言，确实如此。
但是，从战术上来说，他是最最重要的。
在一个全球化的公司，组织架构高度的扁平化，按照地理位置分割的矩阵组织比比皆是。
然而，在高科技行业，从理论上而言，通过两个防火墙把世界分为三部分：
Internet: e-Commerce
Extranet: e-Sourcing
Intranet: ERP(HR,Financing,KM,BI…)
based on the three categories, we only need different tech roles in these three segments.
As of IT guys, the role will be:
SysAdmin
DBA
Developer
QA
Project Manager
It seemed as a simple solution to the organise structure.
