It is a sharing experience with a long time no contact former colleague.

She (Ms. Shao)  send me some her thought about the web site we once worked together.

Actually it’s a rather good article she pasted from http://bbs.p5w.net/ .

I also decided to share this article after I  paste all the contents into one PDF file.

Thinking of the sharing process, it is a very nature  way. But the essential behind it is social network.

We Chinese had a saying goes like this: “People together by character, Goods classified by category”.

So social network is more about the personal implicit knowledge sharing.

The process itself is also showing about the enthusiasm.

And most important of all, sharing need respond. If no respond, the sharing result and incentive will both decreased by time.

Sharing, to some degree is also like a loving process, is to make the opposite happy.
